The exchange of one puzzle model for another can be requested through limapuzzle@hotmail.com indicating the data entered in www.limapuzzle.com at the time of purchase (name and surname, identity document, telephone, shipping address, date of purchase and email), you must also attach the purchase voucher and detail the reason for the change. Lima Puzzle puzzles have a 30-day warranty for manufacturing or origin faults.
