Jade Rivera

Jade Rivera was born in the peruvian andean city of Huancayo, Perú. His first approach to painting was through graffiti, where he began to see and understand the everyday living reality as a whole, thus starting his renowned work as a muralist. Jade involves in his work popular symbols of the Peruvian highlands, evoquing current social and conjunctural issues. His art is loaded with a realism that embraces poetry and represents human emotions, a realism that dialogues with his deepest latin and highlander identity, using the surrounding nature and its biodiversity to complete stories that touch us all.
